Ergonomics in Office Environment

This online course gives office workers knowledge about ergonomics in their work. The e-learning consists of pre-recorded videos that you access and complete online, at your convenience.

What it is

The e-learning provides knowledge of ergonomics for desk workers with the hope of reducing occupational injuries. Currently, more than 70% of the working population work every day with a computer, telephone and/or other type of screen as a work tool.

In order for the body to withstand sedentary work, knowledge is needed about what a sustainable work technique is and how to set up your workplace. The content consists of pre-recorded videos on the following topics:

• Ergonomics when you are in the office

• Ergonomics when you work at home

• Your body (exercise, diet and recovery)

• Work environment (responsibilities, roles, health factors)

The e-learning takes about 45 minutes to complete and is available in Swedish.
