What it is

This service must be ordered if you as an employer have made a decision on a first-day certificate for an employee. Remember to attach a copy of the decision on the first-day certificate in your order. This gives us the conditions for a quality-assured delivery when issuing first-day certificates. When this service has been activated, we will provide feedback with confirmation by e-mail.

How it works

  1. Order service
    Complete the order form and attach a copy of the decision on the first-day certificate to activate the service for the employee in question.
  2. Confirmation
    When the activation has been completed, you as the orderer will receive a confirmation email with information for your employee about how to contact us for a first-day certificate in case of illness.
