We help you as an employer to investigate suspected discrimination, bullying, harassment and other types of mistreatment in the workplace. The service is based on legal requirements according to AFS 2015:04.

What it is

Investigation of Abusive Discrimination provides support in situations concerning discrimination, bullying, harassment and other types of mistreatment in the workplace. The employer always has a responsibility to investigate if suspicion exists.

The service is an initial consultation where we conduct a thorough assignment dialogue and consultation with the aim of clarifying the complexity and ensuring which measures need to be taken. The consultation is done in two stages.

After the consultation, you decide for yourself whether you want to proceed with Pre-assessment, advice and support.

Pre-assessment, advice and support
Pre-assessment, advice and support are suitable in case of suspicion, of an unclear report or if there is a need for clarification about scope, seriousness and problems. The work is led by one of our experts and includes:

Fact-finding is appropriate when there is a completed report or in case of strong suspicion of victimization, bullying or harassment. You are aware of the complexity and is informed about the investigation method. The work is led by one of our experts and includes:
