The service is designed for employees who's work require physical labour and provides a comprehensive picture of the health status at the workplace. The goal is to establish an action plan for how health and well-being can be strengthened in the workplace.

What it is

Health and Work Environment Profile - Physical Work maps lifestyle habits, mobility issues, wellbeing and work environment. The aim is to draw attention to work-related health risks, early problems or functional impairments that may eventually lead to health issues for the individual employee and for the organization as a whole. After the check-up, the employee receives an individual report. If you want a report at group level, at least 10 employees must participate. It also adds an extra cost. The profile can only improve the situation if the action plan is implemented on both individual and group level.

How it works

  1. Order service
    When you have ordered the service, the employee is booked in for the health check-up. The time is communicated in a text message to the employee.
  2. Fill in health declaration
    Before the visit, the employee fills in a digital health declaration. 
  3. Visit
    The visit consists of a fitness test and a functional assessment; strength tests, mobility tests and balance tests. The employee may also measure blood pressure, BMI and waist measurement.
  4. Feedback
    There is no feedback of Health and work environment profile at employee level. It is possible to order a report on the combined group results if at least 10 employees participated.
