Health and Work Environment Profile - Construction

Get a comprehensive mapping of the health status of individuals and teams working with construction along with an action plan for how health and well-being can be increased moving forward.

What it is

Health and Work Environment Profile - Construction is developed for the construction industry. It is a mapping of lifestyle habits, mobility issues, wellbeing and work environment. You can choose to add the examination Function assessment: strength tests, mobility tests and balance tests as well as a Hearing test. Your employees go for individual check-ups and then receive individual reports. If you want a report at group level, at least 10 employees must participate. It also adds an extra cost. The profile can only improve the situation if the action plan is implemented on both individual and group level.

How it works

1. Order service
   Enter any additional examination in the order form. When you have ordered the service, the employee is booked in for the health check-up. The time is communicated in a text message to the employee.
2. Fill in health declaration
   Before the visit, the employee fills in a digital health declaration. 
3. Visit
   The visit consists of a fitness test and measurement of blood pressure, BMI, waist, glucose and cholesterol, as well as any optional examinations.
4. Feedback
   There is no feedback of Health and work environment profile at employee level. It is possible to order a report on the combined group results if at least 10 employees participated.

Information for employees

Before the visit:

• Complete the health declaration before the visit
• Do not perform physical exercise or heavy work in the hours before the visit
• You should not eat, drink or smoke/snuff 2 hours before the visit. Water is fine to drink
• The visit takes approx. 1 hour (approx. 1 hr 45 min if functional assessment is added)

Bring to the visit:

• A change of clothes and training shoes for the fitness test, alternatively wear casual clothing
• The name of your medication(s), if you are taking any
• Valid identification/ID document
• Completed health questionnaire
