The service complies with the legal requirements of AFS 2015:4 and is a tool for working with psychosocial issues in the workplace. It is a support for employers to comply with legal requirements and develop their own work environment work.

What it is

Organisational and Social Security Rounds increases your knowledge and skills in systematic work environment management. The service maps the social work environment and factors such as cooperation, management, relationship between employee and workplace, values, health, and well-being and discriminating actions. As an employer, you also receive support in risk assessment, action planning and knowledge of how to best carry out psychosocial work environment management moving forward.

The round follows a consultant-led process with active participation. The aim is to facilitate the integration of social and organizational issues in your work environment management.
