As a manager or HR, you book a meeting with one of our rehabilitation coordinators to have an initial discussion about the needs regarding a new case concerning your employee. This is to initiate an measure, such as a rehabilitation case, support conversation, or an ergonomics-related issue. (Previously "Assignment Dialogue, Rehab")

Case dialogue takes place online or by phone

How it works

  1. Order service
    Fill out the order form and specify whether you want to be contacted online or by phone. Online contact occurs via a digital meeting for which you book a time yourself; a link will be sent via email. If you choose the phone option, you also need to provide your location.
  2. Case dialogue
    If you have selected the online option, you log in to the meeting at the scheduled time. If you have chosen the phone option, a Rehab Coordinator from Falck will call you at the scheduled time..
