What it is

Crisis Support Services provide access to crisis emergency services around the clock all year round, where the responsible manager receives help with situation assessment and decisions regarding immediate interventions, such as qualified management support, telephone follow-up with victims, interventions on site and individual crisis support in the aftermath. The Crisis Support service also provides the opportunity to get help with improving crisis preparedness in the organization, through crisis training for managers, or help with developing crisis routines, action plans, crisis organization and checklists. We help you before, during and after a crisis.
