A good organisational and social work environment is crucial for both individual well-being and workplace success. By understanding and managing factors such as workload, working hours, bullying, and solitary work, we can create a safe and sustainable work environment where everyone can perform and thrive.

What it is

This e-learning aims to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical tools to identify and manage factors affecting the work environment. The focus is on creating an understanding of how the organisational and social work environment impacts individual performance and well-being. The e-learning covers:

• Definition of organisational and social work environment
• Workload
• Working hours
• Victimisation 
• Solitary work
• Violence and threats in the workplace
• First aid and crisis support

The e-learning takes approximately 1 hour to complete and concludes with a knowledge test. This is the Swedish version of the e-learning course; an English version will be released shortly. 

How it works

1. Order the e-learning
   After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions and the number of license codes you have ordered.
2. Training
   Take the e-learning at your convenience. It takes about one hour to complete.
