Sick and Healthy is a tool where you easily manage your sick and VAB notification and receive health care advice around the clock.

Statistics tool for you as a manager

To make it easier for you as manager, all absence cases are collected in a statistical tool, where you can quickly and easily get an overview. You can see, among other things, registered cases, type of absence, reason for absence, estimated return and health notification. In the statistics tool, you also get access to statistical reports with a clear view of, for example, total days of absence due to illness and VAB, occasions of absence, repeated short-term absences and long-term sick leave.

How it works

1. Sick leave
   The employee easily makes a sick report or vab notification in the tool that is available around the clock, every day of the year online or by phone.
2. Advice of a nurse
   In connection with the illness, the employee gets to talk to an experienced nurse who gives medical advice. After that, the employee is continuously contacted about the state of health with continued advice and follow-up.
3. We contact the Swedish Social Insurance Agency
   In the event of your own sick leave (not at vab), we handle contact with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, which makes it easier for both the employee and you as a manager or employer.

FAQ

How does online registration work?

Online sick and healthy reporting is done by logging in with BankID or with a specified social security number in a secure web form which is then sent to us and registered directly in real time.

What if I get sick again?

If you fall ill again within five calendar days, your absence is counted in the same sick pay period as the previous case. This applies regardless of the reason for the absence. If you have questions about medical certificates in the event of relapse, contact your employer.

What applies to VAB?

Your employer will be informed that you are absent from the day and time you specify, as well as the day you are expected to be back. If you call in your report, you can also receive a consultation for the child. Within 90 days from the start of the VAB period, you yourself apply for compensation from the Social Insurance Agency. When you have registered as sick from VAB, your employer will be notified when you are back at work.

How does it work with sick pay and sick pay?

If you have questions about sick pay, contact your employer. For questions about compensation or rules for sickness benefit, we refer you to the Social Insurance Agency.

Where should I send my sick certificate?

It depends on what applies in your workplace. Ask your employer if you are unsure which procedures apply to you.

What if I get sick during my holiday?

You have the right to cancel your holiday. Notify your employer as soon as possible that you are ill and that you wish to cancel your holiday.

What can I ask the health advisory about?

Our nurses provide the same healthcare advice as 1177 and can advise on your medical condition. They assess your need for care, give you advice and refer you to a care clinic if needed. Both nurses with extensive experience and specialist competence work in our healthcare consultancy.

What will my manager know about my case?

Your employer will be informed that you are absent from the day and time you specify, as well as the day you are expected to be back. If you agree that your employer finds out the reason for absence, your employer can see this in a confidential statistics tool. When you have registered you going back to work, your employer will be notified when you are back at work.
